My name is Satya Mallela and I grew up here in Albany and I have been working as a podiatrist for nearly 2 years. I started my podiatry career providing outreach services in remote Queensland before deciding to come back home to Albany. During my time in Queensland, I gained an appreciation of the unique challenges that present when delivering health care services to rural and regional communities. I have developed an interest in treating complications arising from diabetes and providing ongoing education for the prevention of foot wounds. On a personal note, I enjoy playing cricket, tennis and travelling.
