Our Services
Our Podiatry services have been conveniently grouped into the following three areas. Please take a look through them to discover how we can help you.
Foot Health, Healing and Pain management
Getting you comfortable by relieving your pain is essential for management success. Ingrown nails can be irritating and plantar warts stubborn, our team understands this, and can help solve these issues using the very latest equipment and techniques. We can also create custom orthotics onsite at our clinic for your specific needs.
Regular general nail maintenance, through to essential diabetic footcare to prevent complications, is care we take seriously. Our team is focused on your wellbeing to ensure that you receive the best possible outcomes in these circumstances.
Walking / Running Injuries and Rehabilitation
The benefits of an active lifestyle are clear, from improvements in brain health to reducing the risk of disease. When an injury occurs, you need a clear diagnosis and understanding of your injury which is essential to getting you better. Our team focuses on a patient centred approach and takes the time to explain your injury and how best to rehabilitate it. Being effective at getting you back to 100% takes more than just extensive knowledge though, it also requires the equipment to make it happen and that is where our onsite diagnostic ultrasound, radial shockwave, musculoskeletal laser and onsite custom orthotic manufacturing gives you an advantage in accelerating your recovery.

Frequently Asked Questions
Conditions vary between individuals, but common concerns we see frequently and can address include plantar fasciitis, ingrown toenails, tendon strains, plantar warts, forefoot discomfort and knee pain. We work with both adults and children, and our focus is always on addressing the discomfort you are experiencing using our cutting-edge technology. Whether you have one or more concerns that are impacting your feet or lower legs, our team of podiatrists is dedicated to developing a personalised treatment plan wherever possible so we can aim towards getting you better, together.
To ensure your appointment runs as smoothly as possible, please bring the shoes you wear most often, as well as any orthotics, braces, or any other equipment you may use. Leading up to your appointment, it’s helpful if you can note any symptoms or discomfort you experience and come prepared to talk about these with your podiatrist. Wherever possible, please wear clothing that allows for easy access to your feet, such as shorts or loose pants.
During your first consultation, we’ll get to know you and your unique concerns so that we can find out how your foot pain is impacting your life. We’ll discuss your medical history, specifically any current concerns, previous injuries, surgeries, and so on.
We’ll then conduct a thorough examination of your feet and lower legs, which typically includes assessing your gait (how you walk), checking for any abnormalities, and examining any specific areas of concern. Following this we’ll discuss our findings with you, and if we believe we may be able to assist, we’ll work towards creating a treatment plan together.
No, you don’t need a referral to see a podiatrist. However, if you have private health insurance or a medical condition affecting your feet that is covered under Medicare, you may benefit from having a referral. We recommend that you consult your insurer, GP, or other professional if you’re unsure.
We don’t currently offer home visits, though this may change in the future!
Whether or not you can get a rebate from your private health insurance will depend on your insurer and your policy. This will vary between individuals, so please check with your insurer to avoid any unexpected out-of-pocket costs.
